Hi. Just done a complete rebuild of the above website on generatepress. Now I have launched from a staging site it seems to be ok on desktop. However mobile is a mess and is not showing the website above. I have cleared the cache and SGOptimiser to no avail.

Also, no idea how to get the menu on mobile

    Hi there,

Looks to be some sort of caching issue.

Can you clear and disable any caching plugin and SG Optimizer first?

The link you’ve provided isn’t using GeneratePress.

It’s completely generatepress Blocks – chrome. But on Safari its the old version

I’m using Chrome with the browser cache cleared and incognito but it’s definitely not using GP or GB:

I would recommend checking with your hosting support or disable all plugins to test.

Yup you are logged in so likely without any caching issue.

Try logging out and use the incognito mode.

Again I would recommend disabling all plugins to test and check with your hosting support to make sure there aren’t any built-in cache.

I see the GP site so it was definitely a caching issue.

The mobile view looks correct as well.

Were you able to resolve everything?

    Hi

It was a problem with the staging process to make it live. Some of the files didn’t download correctly. Many of the Generatepress style files. So I redownloaded again. Just incase you see this again.

Now just need to redo the work I did yesterday after the original download. Could be worse. Now my mobile web speed has gone from 26-29/100 to 91/100. Wow

    Thanks for your help.
