Mixing layouts?

Ideally, I'd love to have a Gutenberg block full width on my homepage, and then go to a three columns (sidebar - content - sidebar) layout.
Is this possible?

Do you have a mock-up or quick example?
Hi Leo, what I mean is have a full-width block at the top of the page (under the main menu/navigation) then further down the page move to a three-column layout.
