missing the "Navigation Location" in primary navigation

Hi,
I'm missing the "Navigation Location" in primary navigation...
Would uninstall / reinstall GP Premium help? Am I going to lose my previous settings?

I do have: Navigation Width, Inner Navigation Width, Navigation Alignment, Navigation Dropdown, Navigation Search, etc.
License is active, all elements in GP Premium 1.9.1. activated.

What I want to achive is the logo centered above the header, menu elements below floating left on desktop, Hamburger Menu floating right on mobile/tablet.

so I started following the instructions on https://docs.generatepress.com/article/centering-logo-navigation/ and https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/

Hi there,

those options are not available when you have the Navigation as Header enabled in Customizer > Layout > Header.
