Missing Success Message when Add to Basket is Added

In customizer view: I press 'Add to Basket' and a lovely green success message comes up with the word "[product] has been added to your basket. View Basket'

However, when I go to another browser to see my website for real, and go to the shop page, press add to basket, no lovely success message comes up.

I have pressed publish on gp. I have cleared my cache on wordpress. I have refreshed the page on the live site. Alas, no lovely green success banner.

Can someone put me out of my misery. :(

Hi there,

it is working for me on my browser :)
Try opening the site in an incognito browser

This is weird.
I tried with safari, firefox and I have just downloaded wave brower. Done private modes and incognito.
I have logged off from Wordpress.
With all three browsers, when I go to the shop and press add to basket, the green success message just does not appear.

Not sure what to do :(.
I might be living in a different reality the rest of the world. How can I escape the matrix?

Is this only on the Shop Page ?

OK I have found the solution:

I went to WooCommerce>Settings>Products>

Then I unticked ‘Enable AJAX add to basket buttons on archives‘

The success message appears on clicking 'add to basket'.

Thanks for your time David :)

Glad to hear that !
