missing submenu indicator

I switched a site to GP, but i miss the symbol next to a menu item to indicate there is a submenu present.

I think what you want is to make the parent menu item (Acupunctuur) a custom link in the menu:

Hmm, the dropdown is there, so the arrow should be too.
