Missing Related Products

Hi,
I'm building a single Woocommerce Product template using the Woobuilder Block plugin. However, the related products are not showing after the main product info. I have the option enabled in the customizer, could it be because I'm using the 3rd party builder? Is there anyway I can add a hook to enable them?

Most probably.
GP relies on the default Woo templates and its Hooks. If you replace those templates which presumably that plugin is doing then you lose the hooks.
You can try adding the Related Products Shortcode to display them:
