Missing Radio Buttons on checkout

I am missing the radio buttons on the checkout page next to the payment choices.
This is on my test site and I tried disabling all the plugins as well as removing any added CSS or snippets.
I also removed the woocommerce-menu-bar-cart.2.6.1 plugin and am using the built in one from the Generatepress premium but only see the word cart and not any type of cart icon.
Not sure if it includes one. This is in the main navigation.
Didn't know by some strange chance these two are related.

Not sure what you mean by radio button?

As for the cart icon, make sure this option is not checked:

I was calling the little round circles by the checkout options "Radio buttons".
They are right next to the option of choosing PayPal or Stripe checkout.
Your advise was right on the money and that took care of both of the issues.
Loading essential icons only was checked.
