Missing query parameter settings?

Okay, probably a stupid newbie question here -
The query parameter settings, where you can set the number of posts and add parameters... I don't have those options on mine.
Are those pro only features? I have the pro plugin and the license is activated.
Any other reason I wouldn't have them?
