I can’t seem to find the layout options for disabling elements and choosing container/page width. They are usually on the right side of the screen. What am I doing wrong? Thank you. January 2, 2021 at 6:04 pm #1603211 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, Did you try scrolling down the tool bar some more? https://www.screencast.com/t/1Wx4WuOVL It’s usually right after Page Attributes. January 2, 2021 at 6:05 pm #1603212 Janine Yes, I did. I have another site and when I open that site the Layout section is at the bottom. January 2, 2021 at 6:07 pm #1603214 LeoStaff Customer Support Is it activated in the Options settings? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-metabox-overview/#where-is-it January 2, 2021 at 6:14 pm #1603223 Janine Yes. See screenshot. January 2, 2021 at 6:15 pm #1603227 LeoStaff Customer Support That’s odd. Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP Premium to test? January 2, 2021 at 6:17 pm #1603235 Janine No, let me try that. Thank you. January 2, 2021 at 6:21 pm #1603238 Janine I deactivated all plugins. Now, the Layout panel is at the bottom of the screen, rather than over to the right. See screenshot. And the other thing that I just noticed is that this seems to be true only for Pages and not Posts. Thank you. January 2, 2021 at 6:24 pm #1603242 LeoStaff Customer Support I’ve actually not seen this issue before. Can you keep all plugins disabled and provide the dashboard access to your site? January 2, 2021 at 6:32 pm #1603244 Janine Hi, Leo. Here is the information you requested. January 2, 2021 at 6:37 pm #1603250 LeoStaff Customer Support I see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LeHQKrLd Unfortunately I believe there is currently a Gutenberg bug so that it cannot be moved back to the sidebar unless you reset the site. January 2, 2021 at 6:43 pm #1603258 Janine Hi. When you say reset the site, do you mean start over with a new database or revert to backup? Thank you. January 2, 2021 at 6:47 pm #1603265 LeoStaff Customer Support I used WP Reset to fix this problem before. January 2, 2021 at 6:48 pm #1603266 Janine Thank you, Leo.
