I tried the suggested solution for adding a centered logo via the nav label. That works on desktop – great! However when the screen is resized it disappears until the mobile menu opens. So I tried the suggested solution to display the mobile menu at a larger screen size. I can get the mobile menu to appear however the logo does not. Any suggestions?

Looks like you are using mobile header so try this snippet instead to change the breakpoint:
