Missing menu on ipad and mobile

Hi there!I have some problems. Menu is missing on mobile and tablets. It's really weird.
I've been trying to find the answer in other topics but can't find it.

Right now both off canvas and primary is on. I'd like to only have off canvas, but that's another issue.
At the moment the primary menu shows on tablet, but not on phone.
The off canvas doesn't show on either, only desktop.
How is this and what can I do?

Are you using a caching plugin?
If so any chance you can disable it for me to take a closer look?
Also which site did you import from the site library?

Hmm... Seemed to be an optimzier plugin that was the problem!
