Missing Legacy Hooks

Hi, since a recent update a legacy hook i was using has gone missing, i read various topics on this forum regarding how to show the link to legacy hooks by adding code to the config file, anyway i did all of this and managed to show the link to the legacy headers but the hook is still missing.

I also tried various find and replace plugins to remove the html but did not work due to their being too much html to remove.
