I miss leave a replay button in my comment form. How to fix it?

can you share a link to a Post with Commments so i can see why the Reply button is not displayed.

No, it is about SUBMIT button when somebody want to leave comment there is no SUBMIT button...

Guys, problem solved! It was about plugin that limit comments, I removed it and than submit button appeared! Thank you!
