    Hi,

I am working on a project and my client asked me to use a specific font from Google (Assistant) but it doesn’t appear in the Customizer’s typography section or any other location.

Is there a way to force GP to reload the fonts from Google, or somehow add it manually?

    Thanks
    Maurice

G’day Tom, that link you’ve shared above to a page about customising the Google Fonts list now redirects to https://docs.generatepress.com/article/dynamic-typography-overview/

How do I add a font that doesn’t show up in the dropdown search but exists on the web: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Hanken+Grotesk

Nevermind, I think I found the guide https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-local-fonts/ — assuming this is where that link above should redirect to?

    Hi there,

with the dynamic typography, if its not in the list just add the name eg. Hanken Grotesk in the FONT FAMILY NAME field, and toggle the Use Google Fonts API to on.

And thats it if you’re ok with loading them via the Google API.

Thanks David, that’s fine by me. Cheers for the hint.
