Missing GenerateBlocks

Hi,
i'm not sure, but is it possible that something is still missing when setting up GP 3.02. + Premium 1.12.2 (all activated)?
When I search for GenerateBlocks on a new page using the (+), I don't find anything.
Or do I have to install/activate something besides Theme&Plugin?
I haven't created an element yet, maybe that's why (list is empty)?

Use the latest WP version.

Yes - GenerateBlocks is a separate plugin:

Ah fine. Thx, works.
Why is this not included in the installation instructions?
Or did I overlook it?

It's not included in the installation instructions as it's not a required plugin for GeneratePress to work.

Users should only install that when they need it - much like any other plugins.
