Missing functions in WordPress 4.7

Today I have installed a new WordPress with WordPress 4.7. For example Spacing and MenuPlus are not in the new customizer. Thank you in advance. I use GPPremium 1.2.92.

Most of those options were moved into the "Layout" panel in the Customizer.
