Missing Customizer Items

Mike Oliver's YouTube tutorial on GP/GB (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6bkxoPu5_c) shows items in Customizer that I'm not showing.
Specifically, in:
Customize --> Layout --> Container, I'm missing: Container Alignment and Content Padding
Customize --> Layout --> Header, I'm missing: Header Padding, Mobile Header, Branding Type, Sticky
Customize --> Layout --> Primary Navigation, I'm missing: Mobile Menu Label, Mobile Menu Breakpoint, Menu Item Width, Menu Item Height, Sub-Menu Item Height, Sub-Menu Width
There may be others in Layout that he didn't review in the video that I might be missing also.
Anyone know how to resolve?
Also missing from Layout include:
Sticky Navigation
Off Canvas Panel
Forgot to activate GP Premium (facepalm).
