Missing customization options

I'm using this video as an intro guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4UQtg18u9IY
I have both GeneratePress PRO and GenereateBlocks PRO.
Why does my site not have certain options, for example when I got to "Appearance > Customize", under "more content controls", I only have "Background" as an option (no Color or Spacing). I also don't have an option for "Navigation Location" (see the 8:10 mark in the video).
Also, I have tried every fix in PHP for the color palette change, but nothing works.
Why are these options missing?

There is no "more content control" from GP in the customizer.
Can you show me a screenshot of what you are seeing in the customizer?
