Missing ALT tag for the navigation logo

I'm having a hard time getting the image ALT tag onto the logo in my navigation.
Is there a quick fix to this?
The site i'm working on is http://www.malta-siden.dk
Are you using a custom function for your navigation logo? The URL to the image isn't currently set.
By default, the navigation logo should have an alt tag.
There should be a logo now, sorry.
I used this guide ti put the logo in the navigation https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/
There is a alt tag but it's empty.
I found a solution to the problem.
I use the filter generate_navigation_logo_output to make the alt tag.
But shouldn't the alt tag stick to the logo by default when i change it in the media library?
No need to use a function if you have GPP, just upload the navigation logo in Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation.
I did but no alt tag?
I'm using the navigation logo here in the forum - you can see the alt tag in there.
Make sure to remove any functions filtering the navigation logo if you'll be using the Customizer option.
I just made a fresh install og GeneratePress on a new site and the problem is the same for me.
I don't know if it's me thats making a mistake with something?
The alt tag is set - http://prntscr.com/gyz9st
But alt tag is missing - http://prntscr.com/gyzapo
The new test site is grancanaria-siden.dk
GP uses your site title as the alt tag - do you have that set? (Settings > General).
It won't use the alt for the image set in the Media Library, although maybe it should. I'll look into that.
