Minor CLS Issue with Footer Element & Woo

Hi
I have a minor CLS issue I want to fix on the page below. The largest (reported) issue is the footer, but I believe it may be caused by the footer being pushed down by WooCommerce styling (which was done using GP Woo settings. Of course, I could be absolutely wrong. The website page link and photo screenshot of PageSpeed CLS report is below. Any ideas?

that CLS looks related to late loading styles.
This generally happens when a Cache/Optimizer is combining/minifying and removing unused CSS.
Can you disable any CSS otpimizations to see if those are interfering

I tried turning off all CSS changes & JS in LS Cache, to no avail. I then tried disabling LS cache altogether, but still no luck. In my mind, that leaves 3 things on the page. The header, Woo and the footer element. Any other ideas?

Can you disable the LS cache all together so i can take a closer look?
