Minimum height for content Container

Hey,
i got a question about the Layout customization of the Homepage.
Is it possible to configure an minimum heigh of the content container so that our Footer got always the same minimum space to the header?
On our Page we have an dynamic footer (less content - less space to the header).
On some Pages is the footer in the middle of the screen.
The best would be to have an minimum heigh to the header. If there is more content the footer should be dynamic to the bottom.
Hope you understand what i mean :)

Are you basically wanting to stick the footer to the bottom of the screen no matter what the content size is?
