In Appearance > Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation, can you try changing the Navigation Dropdown, for instance to Click - Arrow?

If that doesn’t work, I would suggest placing the WPML in the menu_bar_items for all views to assure it’s working.

WPML issue seems that it is theme compatibility related, when I enable Click – Arrow WPML is working fine in mobile menu, but Desktop dropdown menu not working, if I disable Click – Arrow, and enable hover desktop dropdown menu working but not WMPL in mobile menu.

what do you suggest?

Did you resolve this ? As the URL you provided is working with Click Arrow now ?
