Migrate from local to staging envrionment

Hi there,
I'm working on local instance, as usual, from my first generatepress project.
I've developped some functions and added them to "element".
Now I want to migrate to my staging instance (and dont want to migrate database).
Do I have to create again my element on staging environnement ?

i would think yes ...
You can of course Export them using the WordPress Export / Import tools as they are saved as a post type.
