[Support request] Meta Tags

Hey Tom,

In my HTML site, I used to include this meta tag when I did not want Google to index my pages:

<META NAME=”ROBOTS” CONTENT=”NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW”>

Does this work on WordPress?
If it does, where do you suggest I include this tag?
And if it doesn’t, what do you recommend to prevent Google from indexing certain pages?

To do this you would want to use a plugin like Yoast SEO or the SEO Framework.

I have heard of Yoast SEO so just uploaded it but have yet to customize it.
I assume it comes with instructions?
