Meta tag description Google

Hi there, i want to know where can i add a meta tag description for each page of my site?
Can i do this on the hook element and select each page on display rules?

yes you could use a HooK Element to do this, but you would need a field in the post editor to add your description. Why not use an SEO plugin which provides this option ?
I don't know, I don't want to make my site load slow by having too many plugins..

I think you'd be fine using a plugin like Yoast. It's been around forever, and it's been proven to be quite lightweight on the frontend.
Otherwise, you'd need to use a plugin to create a metabox (Advanced Custom Fields) in the editor so you can input the data, and then create a Hook Element to output that data on the frontend.
