Last updated date which work with google and author link which links to the custom author page. How to create this kind of author page? https://99bitcoins.com/about/steven-hay/

You can build your own post meta area in GP Premium 2.0.0 which is now in alpha testing, might be worth checking out: https://generatepress.com/introducing-the-gp-theme-builder/
As for the custom author pages, that just looks like a static page. WordPress doesn't allow this by default, but you could always build a static page and 301 redirect from the core author page to the new static page.

As Tom said with GP Premium 2.0, you could easily build entry meta visually.
