Merging the Page Header & Site Header in mobile device

Hello, I would like to set a merge header with transparent navigation. it works fine on the desktop, but I didn't see where I can apply it to the mobile device. it should be very nice in mobile device, so I would like to try. how can I achieve that? Thank you !
Hi there,
It is merged on mobile already.
You just need to change the primary navigation background color to a more transparent color.
