Merged Header Stopped Working

I can't seem to get the merged header to work. I had it working for a while and I must have toggled a setting somewhere but it's just not merging.
The green strip at the top of the page is the body background color. So, it seems that the actual merge is not taking place.

It looks like the header element is still there, but the merge function of the header element has been disabled.
Can you check?
I noticed that too. But, when I go to the Header Element, the setting is still set to"Merge".

The header element on your linked post doesn't look like the one you've taken screenshot of.

Do you have any other header elements that might've applied to the posts?
Check the location conflicts.
Thank you for talking this out with me haha. I had two "Header Elements" in place. One for the Entire website with a Google Tracking Code and some CSS. I changed this to a Hook instead of a header. Bad habit of mine ):
It works now!
