Merge the upper Generateblock area with the menu

Hello everyone,
Target: merge the upper area with the menu. And all this with GP + Generateblocks + Gutenberg.
At the moment I'm implementing this with GP and Elementor. But I want to get away from Elementor. Is there any option to make the upper menu overlay my first generator block container like in the example?
Hi there,
you can create a Header Element - do not add any content - just go straight to the Site header tab and set to Merge with Content, you can then enable and edit the Header and Navigation colors to suit.
