Merge Secondary Menu or Top Bar Widget

I am using GenerateBlocks with GP and I have already Merged Primary Menu in the hero section. Is it possible to merge the Secondary Menu or Top Bar widget above the Primary Menu?
I want to display an email/contact number.

Hi there,

If you enable those elements then they should be included within the merged header wrap. But if the merged header element is not being used throughout the site you will need to set there colors using CSS. See this topic:
