Merge primary menu and slideout menu in mobile view

Hi!
I need merge primary menu and slideout menu in mobile view:
1. Desktop view - Item 1, Item 2, Item 3, Hamburger Icon (slideout menu Item 4, Item 5)
2. Mobile view - only slideout menu: Item 1, Item 2, Item 3,Item 4, Item 5
