Merge Masonary Blog Posts with Header Nav

Hi. I'm trying to create an exact effect on my home page, where posts are displayed in a masonary grid merged with the header Nav. Same as this home page. https://yokanavi.com/en/
I've tried reducing the padding in the header section down to zero but still have a small gap between the header Nav and the blog posts.
This is on a dev server so can't post any links, but can send you a photo or two if need be.
Would be great if you could help me solve this puzzle. (I'm not using any page builders)

To achieve the exact look would require quite a bit of custom coding I believe.
You could try to use Tom's WP Show Posts: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
It gives you shortcodes that you can add in the Page header content.
