Merge Hook Element to Navigation

Hi, I've created a Hook Element and would like to use it as a page hero header. Is there a way to merge the navigation with a hook element? Thanks

Yeah that's for a header element. I'm using a hook element so I can build the page hero using GenerateBlocks. I would rather use a header element, but I can't seem to get the content within the page hero header element to look as good as when using GB. If that makes sense?

If so, the best method would be to actually add that section as the first section in your content, then create a merged header element without any content as the article instructed.
