Hello,

I have followed your documentation to make this work. See screen shots below
The header image just doesn’t show up. The content, title and menu are all merged together.

The funny thing is that is was working a few days ago and then it just stopped working.
I reset my wordpress, deactivated almost all of the plugins to test.

Here are some screen shots of the setup and the page.
Please help me…makes no sense.

Please know I upgraded WordPress to 3.8, this is the only change I can think of.

Thank you in advance, Olivia

Hi there,

I think you might have followed the wrong direction since there are similar ones.

If you are not using a page builder:

If you are using a page builder:

This video might be more helpful if you are not using a page builder: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-overview/

Let me know.

Hi there,

I get it, the was causing the issue.
I watched the video and did it exactly and got background image and transparent menu result….with a 250 padding. Page below.

https://sensualintelligence.net/about/ if you want to look at it.

I think I go too fast sometimes and miss things. I little confusing so many options.

Thank you,
Olivia
