Merge Header not working on all devices

Hello,
I have a merged transparent header and i'm getting many clients mention that they are getting a white bar and not the transparent header. When I look on my phone I get the same thing but when I'm looking on desktop it seems to be working.
Can you help me make sure this is working on all devices properly?

The site header background is white, both on desktop and mobile.
Can you try disabling your cache plugin to test?
