Hi there,
you can cater for a desktop menu that is too wide for the screen in two ways. Both are accessible in Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce.
1. Mobile Menu Breakpoint - you can increase this value to display the mobile menu on a larger screen.
2. Menu Drop off point ( only available if the Navigation location is set to Float Right ) - this value will let you set a point where the nav drops below the logo.
You can use the two in tandem if required.
Hi David,
thank you for your fast answer, but this doesn´t help me.
First - I don´t use Woocommerce. So Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce is not present on my page.
this value will let you set a point where the nav drops below the logo.
I don´t like the logo drops below or avove the nav. What I am looking for is that the font of the nav items are getting smaller when I reduce the size of the window. On full screen the font size of the nav items is 18px. When I reduce the size of the window I like that the font is (for example) only 16px.
Hi Sandra,
I think David had a typo, it should be Customizer > Layout > Primary navigation.
Can you give it a try and let us know if that helps?
And if you want to adjust the font size, you can go to Customizer > Typography, you should be able to use different font size for menu item.
