Menu will not reorder

I just updated GP premium and am now unable to organise the menu or make sub menu's.
I tried disabling other plugins but still the same.
I installed another theme, reorganised the menu and it worked, when I went back to gp premium, it went back to how it was before
I use the most basic site building techniques rather than css so simple fix is required.
Can anyone help?

The last update has been out for awhile now and we haven't received any reports on this.
What are you seeing in the Appearance > Menu page? Any specific errors?
Thanks Leo, I fixed it when I ticked primary menu. Never had to do that on my last version ;/
