menu-toggle does not work

Dear Generatepress Team,
i have had problems with menu-toggle for a few days.
I hope you can help me again! We have a blog (News)!
for example when i look at this page on my mobile phone, menu does not work :

this phenomenon is only on German blog pages, for example in Turkish :
https://www.eu-rights.com/tr/evcil-hayvan-ucaga-kabul-sartlari-kosullar/
everything works.

I have problems with wp rocket combine javascript files!
when i activate this i have problems with the mobile menu
But only in DE Blog Post! when i open a blog page mobile menu does not work properly
pls Help!
unfortunately those of Wp Rocket could not help ;/
I would just turn off the option to combine javascript files.
