Menu showing in header now?

The last couple of sites I have built, seem to be placing the menu on the right hand side of the header, versus below the header like it normally does.
Anyone know a reason, or how to change it?

Try this:
Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation > Navigation Location > Below Header.
