Menu problem

Hi On my site https://www.solocreative.uk/ the menu items stay clear on mobile with white text and are unreadable. I have tried all combinations but can work it out. What am I doing wrong!

The transparent color can be set within the merged header element you are already using.

I have a transparent colour already. The problem I have is on mobile the background of the menu is still transparent. I have looked through the video but it does not answer my problem. Sorry.
Are the transparent colors set in the customizer?
If so you would want to use solid colors in the customizer, then set the transparent colors within the merged header element as seen here:
