Menu (Primary & Secondary) not appearing

My menus are not appearing. I've tried everything including resetting theme to default. Anyone have any suggestions?

can you make sure:
1. In the Menu editor the Location has been set.
2. In Customizer > Layout > Primary nav / Secondary nav also have a Location.
If not can you link us to your site and we can take a look.

Hi David, thank you for the reply. I've made sure there's a menu set as Primary (located under header); and the secondary nav (located above header).
Would you mind providing temporary admin access so i can take a look at the issue?
