Hey,
Started using Menu Plus feature a few days ago.
Unfortunately, the website stopped rendering on mobile device.

Then I contacted PAGELY (the host for the website) and they found this:
"Hello,
I took a look at your domain's error logs and I see the following error:
[09-Aug-2015 23:25:50 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function generate_get_defaults() in /dom9886/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/addons/generate-menu-plus/functions/generate-menu-plus.php on line 266
I disabled the "Menu Plus" feature in your GeneratePress plugin, which you can check here:
"
_____
Now the website loads fine on mobile ...
Thanks,
Hi there,
Interesting - are you using the "Mobile theme" module in Jetpack? You can check in "Jetpack > Settings".
Let me know :)
Hi Tom,
same for me.
Menu Plus enabled, Jetpack Mobile enabled -> Page is not visible on my mobile.
If I disable one of them, it's working, but not in a "mobile" way.
Best regards,
Michael
Interesting - same question as above, are you using the Mobile theme module in Jetpack?
Yes, as I wrote.
If I enable Jetpack mobile Theme AND Menu Plus my site isn't visible on my iPhone anymore.
Best regards,
Michael
Hmm ok - I've gone ahead and added some checks into Menu Plus so it doesn't run when Jetpack's mobile theme is activated.
If you're wanting to run the mobile theme, send me an email to support@generatepress.com and I'll send over the newest version so it works for you.
Thanks!
For me it's ok, as I just was testing the Menu Plus feature, but not neccessarily using it. So I can wait for the next/stable version.
Cool - this only affects people using Jetpack's mobile theme, but the new version will be out soon :)
This update has been released, so there shouldn't be any more issues with this.
Hi Tom,
I have problem, cant see the search bar in mobile,, with Menu plus.
Are you using the slideout menu or the regular mobile menu?
The regular mobile menu can cause issues if it's too long for the height of the mobile device and is sticky. In this case, you'll want to use the slideout menu.
We do have plans on improving the navigation search on mobile very soon :)
Hello Tom,
I used the Slideout Menu "Mobile only", but does not show the search.

Thank you.
Miguel.
Hi Miguel,
The search icon has been added directly to the mobile menu bar in 1.3.12 which is coming out very soon :)
Than you very much Tom, I'll wait. :D
If you'd like to test it out you can reach me at support@generatepress.com :)
