Menu plus incompatible with Thrive Leads

Hello,
According to Thrive Themes support team, when I have Menu Plus enabled, Thrive Leads Opt-in forms aren't displayng.
Can you help me? I would like use both, Menu Plus and Thrive Leads and at the moment Menus Plus is disabled in order to I can use the Thrive Leads Opt-in forms in posts.
GPP hasn't used headhesive.js in a couple years - can you make sure you're using GP Premium 1.5.6?
I'm using GP Premium 1.2.74 but any update is required.
What should I do?

That is very old.
You will need to do manual update first: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/updating-gp-premium/#manually-updating
Then activate update to receive future updates :)
