Menu Plus - Duplicate Menu Items

I'm experiencing some random behavior in the menu plus customizer. I'll create a new menu, apply it to Primary, and I'll see duplicate menu items showing up on the live site in the primary menu location. Then if I delete the menu, the menu appears deleted in the admin area, but the menu remains undeleted on the live site. Even after clearing browser cache and GoDaddy cache (GoDaddy Managed Wordpress). I also thought it's weird that the default Wordpress area doesn't show any menus, and won't allow me to add any there either--under appearance > menus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, thank you. It was a mistake on my part. Upon migrating to GD Managed WordPress, I failed to add prefixes to a few table elements.
