Menu plus (and some other GP premium add-ons) not showing up

Hello there -
a number of GP add-ons have disappeared from my customizer. (Menu plus, spacing, various others.) I'm updated to the latest version of the GP premium plug-in. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Those options were moved around in 1.2.87.
