Menu Phone Link only when responsive

Hi guys, sorry for the double post.
I am trying to work out how I can make the phone number link in the header menu only active when the website is responsive? I would prefer the phone number not be clickable when viewed in desktop mode, but becomes clickable when viewed on a mobile device?
I am pretty sure this is possible and I've tested some ideas from other forums, but couldn't make it happen.

I've checked your site and you seem to have achieved this already.
The simplest way to make the phone link non-clickable on desktop is by not adding the URL link (no href) on your phone link used in primary menu (the one on desktop).
You then set a completely separate menu with similar menu items except this time, you add the URL link for your phone link menu item. You then add it on your off-canvas menu and use this as your menu for mobile.
But I believe you're doing this already.
