menu option to show blog archive

Dumb question here. I set the home page in settings > reading to a static page. Now I want to add a menu item to show he 'posts page' (a list of all posts)
I can easily add a menu option to show a category of posts. But I can't find a way to show all posts.
First, create an empty page for your posts.
Then in "Settings > Reading", set your posts page to that empty page.
Then you would add that empty page to your menu.
