Hi there,

I want to create menu in a specific page like this

On desktop, it is like a mini-menu: https://ibb.co/6Nt4nCZ

On mobile, it is a dropdown menu: https://ibb.co/df5m8vv. And when I scroll down, it is sticky to the top.

How could I do with GPP and GB?

You can achieve something similar with the secondary navigation option:

Unfortunately it doesn’t have the sticky feature though.
