[Resolved] Menu on Mobile displays a closure cross

Hi, I know this has been often discussed but I could not solve the problem with the comments I found in the forum. I also tried this https://docs.generatepress.com/article/off-canvas-panel-overview/#empty-slideout-navigation but no changes.

Whenever I try to navigate on mobile, the “hamburger” of the menu shows, however when I click/touch on it, the menu does not open and a closure cross displays instead.

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any plugin conflicts?

Hi, this has been solved, thanks! The plugin causing the problem was NextGen Gallery. This is as follows, I have currently installed the Wordsmith template and I did not activate their gallery plugin (sorry I don’t recall the name) simply because it was last updated and tested on WordPress over a year ago… What would you suggest as a gallery plugin that’s fast and lightweight?
Or do you have any idea if that one has been recently updated or will be updated soon? (if so, would you be so kind as to remind me the name?
