Menu not Showing

I have a couple of problems I can't figure out.
My primary menu is not showing up. While configuring it with customizr I can see it sometimes when setting it up above header, but it doesn't show in the live page.
The other problem is that the container stretches on the whole screen, even though I set it to 800px width.
The website is http://www.brew-coffee.ca/
Hi there,
Are you using a caching plugin? Usually when you see something in customizer preview but not in live site it's a caching issue.
Make sure the disable element metabox is not checked as well: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-elements-overview/
As for the container, looks like the page builder container is checked at full width:

Hi Leo,
The caching plugin is disabled, and I am skipping the provider's caching with adding "?nocache=1" at the end of the url:
http://www.brew-coffee.ca/?nocache=1
The page builder section is set "Default" which should follow the "Customize > Layout > Container" rule.
I disabled the Disable Elements for troubleshooting.
None of the two problems have been fixed.
Did you remove the default site header and built your own?
The current header is not GP's structure.
When you change the container width in the customizer, do you see it change in preview?
I did not touch the site header.
The container does not change in the preview, though some elements look like they are changing position inside the page.
Hmm strange.
Can you try #1 here? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
I disabled all plugins, the two issues are still happening.
Check this link where I turned on debugging. http://www.brew-coffee.ca/?debug=godebug
It has a hint, but I don't know what to do with it.
Thanks,
Dorian
I can see the menu and normal container on http://www.brew-coffee.ca/?

Hi Leo,
I just restored from a working backup.
I had to manually recreate a few items, and do some reconfiguration, but probably easier than troubleshooting that.
I am making subsequent backups just in case.
Weird case...
Thanks for the help.
No problem!
